One half Reiki session, only distance Reiki.
I prefer you to be in a comfortable place, be open and set your intentions for what you want.
The Reiki will work regardless, but I know from experience being in a relaxed state and open to the universal energy will improve the outcome.
I generally recommend full hour Reiki sessions for better results, but if you want to try Reiki, the half hour session is a great way to do that.
